We only wanted one window replaced, and for some companies that is too much trouble, but Lewis came to quote quickly, gave us some good suggestions, his quote was competitive and he returned when he said he would and replaced the window. I noticed a small scratch on the glass and he immediately said he would order another unit and would come back and replace it, which he did. While here quoting I mentioned a window catch we were having problems with and Lewis mended it there and then, no charge. He laid down dust sheets, took off his boots and hoovered up at the end of the job. Very pleased with the service we have received from Lewis.
